In-Public was set up in 2000 to provide a home for Street Photographers
The aim of the site is to promote Street Photography and to continue to explore its possibilities. All the featured photographers have been invited to show their work because they have the ability to see the unusual in the everyday and to capture the moment.
Roaming Focus is a web based series that invites the viewer to experience what it’s like behind the lens in this episode photographer Mike Palmer, gives himself a single day, from sunrise to sunset, to capture the streets, vibe, and culture of his hometown of Toronto, ON.
From the fruit markets of Chinatown to vantage points high above the city, Mike gives the audience an intimate view of Toronto, as Roaming Focus combines the mediums of still photography and motion picture in breathtaking fashion.
