Abstract photography attempts to capture what is otherwise unseen. It focuses more on form, pattern, colour and texture than it does on detail.  Abstract photography introduces the viewer to the essence of the object and relishes in the look and feel of the photograph, giving photographers a chance to chuck the “rules” out the window while still creating images that intrigue and inspire – giving the viewer newfound insight into the emotional process as well as the technical.
