One Trillion fps: MIT's Light Speed Camera

Have you ever wondered just exactly what the speed of light looks like? Well, now, thanks to a team from the MIT media lab, you can actually see it for yourself.

A camera system (utilizing a streak camera) has been created that can capture a trillion-frames-per-second and actually visualize the speed of light by capturing moving photons. That’s fast enough to produce a slow-motion video of light traveling through objects. That’s CRAZY!
