The Nanlux Evoke 1200B is a portable, 1200W Bi-colour LED Spotlight featuring a CCT range of 2700K-6500K, an IP 54 rating for the light head and power supply and more!
Basically speaking, the 1200B is the bi-colour version of the Evoke 1200 Spotlight released in 2021 and shares a lot of the same features that made the previous version so popular.
The 1200B utilizes two 1200W Bi-colour LED chips in a Dot Matrix format to produce flicker free light with an output of up to 61,030lux@3m 5,600K (with reflector RF-NLM-26) that is comparable to a 1.8kW PAR or 2.5kW HMI Fresnel light.
It boasts excellent colour rendition with CRI/TLCI scores of 96/95, TM-30 Rf average 95/Rg average 102 and a variable CCT range of 2700K to 6500K.
The 1200B features a wide 120° beam angle without the use of modifiers, but if required, it is compatible with a wide range of NANLUX NL mount modifiers, from Fresnel’s to softboxes and even reflectors.

It’s also fully dimmable from 0-100% in intervals of just 0.1%, and features five dimming curves, LINEAR, EXPONENT, LOGARITHM, S -CURVE and GAMMA 2.2.
12 different onboard creative effects including, INT loop, flash, pulse, storm, TV, paparazzi, candle/fire, bad bulb, firework, explosion and welding are also available.
The controls for onboard operation are found on the back of the light along with the 2.8″ LCD display.
Both wired and wireless operation is supported via the Nanlink APP, DMX/RDM, 2.4G, Bluetooth and LumenRadio CRMX.
The improved fan control system features 4 operation modes including, SMART, FULL SPEED, LOW SPEED and OFF modes allowing for silent operation when needed.
The box like power supply sits on the ground, but also comes with a mounting plate allowing it to be hung on a light stand.
It also offers dual powering options allowing it to be connected to a power outlet or eventually a DC battery solution.
Finally, the whole system is IP54 rated meaning that it can be used both indoor or outdoors without fear of the weather.
