With the launch of the Shogun AV-19, Atomos has expanded its popular monitor-recorder-switcher ecosystem with a versatile new 19-inch 4K HDR model designed for multi-camera and IP-based workflows in professional live-production, broadcast and video-village environments.
With its rugged 19-inch rack-mount design and DCI-P3 4K HDR display, the Shogun AV-19 serves as a highly reliable, ready-to-deploy workhorse solution.

The large colour-accurate display makes it easy for directors, technical directors and camera operators to manage complex productions.
As a live switcher, it can manage up to four ISO camera feeds, plus a fifth program channel, while cueing and switching in real-time.
It can also handle up to 10-bit, 4:2:2 in Apple ProRes, ProRes RAW or Avid DNx codecs, recording either to CFexpress cards internally or externally to USB-C media.
With built-in Ethernet and native NDI HX3 support, the Shogun AV‑19 can send or receive industry-leading, broadcast-quality video and audio as well as metadata over a single standard RJ45 cable.

The Shogun AV-19 also features a complete built-in pro-level audio solution, featuring dual-balanced XLR inputs with 48V phantom power and embedded SDI/HDMI audio, plus integrated speakers and dedicated headphone monitoring.
Please note: the Shogun AV-19 doesn’t replace the 19-inch Atomos Sumo. These two products co-exist in the same ecosystem, serving different purposes.
While the Shogun AV-19 is designed specifically for rack-mounted live production, multi-cam switching, IP workflows and broadcast environments, the Sumo is still the go-to solution for on-set monitoring, standalone recording and production-focused workflows.
