The Profoto Connect Pro is the next generation of the Profoto Connect remote trigger that was originally released back in 2019.
Profoto says that the Connect Pro is remarkably easy to use, featuring a large, straightforward, intuitive display and improved TTL group control and like the previous version, all you need to do is slide it on your camera’s hot-shoe and it’s ready to go.
Once connected, the Connect Pro allows for instant and complete control of each individual flash setting which can be viewed on the screen in large, clear numbers.
The Connect Pro also features Profoto’s AirX connectivity allowing you to tailor your workflow to suit just about any shooting situation.

Group controls are mirrored in the Profoto Control app on your iPad, iPhone, or Android smartphone allowing you to choose which device you would like receive the information on.
There are up to 100 available channels, ensuring there will always be a free channel for your lighting setup.
The Connect pro is available in FUJIFILM, Nikon, Sony and Canon versions that support Sync, TTL, HSS and Remote Control functions for both Air 1 and Air 2 devices.
There is also a non-TTL version that supports Sync and Remote Control functions for both Air 1 and Air 2 devices
Power is supplied by 3 AAA batteries and the Connect Pro boasts improved battery life (up to 50 hours) over the previous version.
Rechargeable Lithium, Alkaline or NiMH batteries can now be used as well.
