The GoPro HERO10 Black has all the features that make GoPro cameras so popular, but adds a more powerful GP2 processor and a larger sensor that offers better image quality, enhanced low-light performance and higher video frame rates.
The HERO10 Black will capture 23-megapixel stills in addition to 5.3K video up to 60FPS, 4K video up to 120fps and 8x slo-mo 2.7K video at 240fps.
It also offers the ability to pull up to 19.6-megapixel stills from 5K 30fps video or 15.3-megapixel stills from 5K 60fps footage.

Image stability has also improved by utilizing GoPro’s latest HyperSmooth 4.0 technology that uses in camera horizon leveling and an increased tilt limit of 45-degrees (up from 27-degrees from the HERO9) to help keep footage level in even the most extreme cornering.
There are three featured ways to transfer footage directly from the HERO10.
- Auto-upload the most recent footage over Wi-Fi to a subscription based GoPro Cloud account while the camera is charging.
- Wireless transfer footage from the camera to the GoPro Quik app.
- (NEW) Transfer footage directly via a USB C to USB C or USB C to USB A cable (a separate Apple Lighting to USB camera adapter maybe be necessary for iOS devices) to the Quik app on your device.
The front screen, first introduced on the HERO9, has also been improved offering crisper details and a smoother frame rate.
Video and Photo Modes
The HERO10 continues to offer GoPro’s popular video and photo features including, SuperPhoto, Burst, LiveBurst and Time Lapse for stills and Looping, Time Lapse, TimeWarp 3.0 and Night Lapse for video.
Slo-Mo, Short Clips and Protune modes are also available.
Lastly, the HERO10 can also be used as a 1080p webcam for Live Streaming with HyperSmooth 4.0 image stabilization.
