YoloLiv has announced the Yolobox Extreme, an all-in-one encoder, switcher, recorder & monitor solution that is perfect for on-location, single operator set-ups.
The Yolobox Extreme features an 11.2-inch OLED touchscreen offering peak brightness of up to 800 – 1,000 nits, meaning the images will remain vivid and clear, even under direct sunlight.
There are also 8 HDMI inputs (offering up to 4K60 with a built-in scaler) allowing users to connect Cameras, laptops, media players, and more to the unit.
The two (assignable) HDMI outputs allow for two different video feeds (preview, Multiview or program) to be broadcast simultaneously.

There are two USB Type-A 3.0 ports for connecting webcams, hard drives or other USB accessories as well as a USB-C port that supports input and another that is used for charging.
For audio these is a 3.5mm (mono) mic-in jack for wired microphones, a 3.5mm (stereo) line-in jack allowing the unit to be connected to an external audio mixer, and a 3.5mm audio-out jack allowing users to connect headphones for monitoring.
There is ethernet port allowing the unit to be connected to the internet as well as a SD card holder to save files, or load videos and graphics and finally a Nano-SIM card holder providing support for 4G network connectivity.
Users can quickly add multiviews with built-in templates such as Side By Side, Picture in Picture, 3 Views, and customized Layout.
The Yolobox Extreme also offers:
- Assignable AFV – Each audio channel automatically switches as the video changes, ensuring perfect synchronization.
- Mix Minus – Easily solo monitor a specific audio channel or mute it entirely, giving you full control.
- Audio Delay – For any sync issues between audio and video, simply adjust the timing to ensure synchronization.
Finally, everything can be controlled remotely from a smartphone using the app or via a computer using web control.
