    FUJIFILM X-T5 Camera

FUJIFILM’s new X-T5 is a compact powerhouse of a camera with its high-resolution, 40.2-megapixel X-Trans 5 HR sensor, 7-stop in-body image stabilization system, Pixel Shift Multi-Shot mode and much more!

FUJIFILM X-T5 Camera Top Control DialsThe retro looking body features a classic dial-based layout on top, that is both stylish and easy to use allowing users to quickly change settings without having to hunt around for them in a menu.

On the back of the camera there is a large, bright, 3-way tilting LCD screen with 1.84 million pixels as well as a thumb stick, menu button and control pad and various other control buttons.

The EVF offers 0.8x magnification with improved suppression of parallax and distortion compared to the X-T4 in addition to a 100fps refresh rate for a virtually blackout-free shooting experience.

The big news, however, is the 40.2-megapixel X-Trans 5 HR CMOS sensor, a considerable upgrade over the 26.1 MP X-Trans 4 sensor found on the X-T4.

FUJIFILM X-T5 Back View with Tilting ScreenThe 5-Axis IBIS system has also been given an upgrade, now offering up to 7-stops of compensation and FUJIFILM has also included their Pixel Shift Multi-Shot mode, giving the camera the ability to capture 160-megapixel images.

The camera’s Subject Detection Autofocus uses deep-learning AI to track moving subjects such as animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, planes and trains.

It boasts up to 1/180,000 sec (electronic) and 1/8000 sec (mechanical) shutter speeds and a lag time of just 35 ms when the shutter release is pressed.

The X-T5 can also capture images at up to 15fps with the mechanical shutter, or 20fps with the electronic shutter.

The X-T5 is more than just a stills camera, it boasts robust video features as well, and is capable of recording up to 6.2K in 4:2:2 10-bit color internally or 12-bit Apple ProRes RAW and Blackmagic RAW via HDMI when attached to a compatible Atomos or Blackmagic external recorder.

FUJIFILM X-T5 Camera Front View with No LensAdditionally, both F-Log and F-Log2 recording are available with the latter providing expanded dynamic range of 13+ stops.

FUJIFILM’s legendary color science and Film Simulations are available as always, but with the X-T5 users get a new one, the Nostalgic Negative Film Simulation.

Finally, the X-T5 offers extended performance from the NP-W235 battery with up to 740 shots possible from a single charge.
