How to build the ultimate computer for editing photos

[dropcap style=”square”]I[/dropcap]f you’re a photographer in today’s age, odds are, you spend more time in front of your computer editing photos than you do in front of your camera taking them.

    We need more power!

That’s why it’s important to have a computer that is fast enough and powerful enough to handle the loads that editing photos will put on it.

Sure, you can head down to your local computer store and buy one off-the-shelf ready to go, but these are generally built for the masses, and not necessarily with the needs of the modern photographer in mind.

Building your own computer might sound daunting, but it’s easier than you think (and can be cheaper than purchasing the equivalent pre-made computer from a store.)

All that being said, check out this great article by Colorado based photographer Nasim Mansurov where he provides detailed advice on the hardware you should use when building the ultimate photography PC.
